MERIDIAN METHODは「日本」発信のメソッド

メリディアンメソッドの由来

メリディアンとは英語で「経絡（けいらく）」を意味します。「経絡」は東洋医学において、生きていくために必要なエネルギー（気血）を運ぶ通り道。「経絡」は全身に張り巡らされ、この中を通る気血がスムーズにながれることこそが健康な心身を保つために不可欠です。

メリディアン・メソッドでは経絡を整えることを最も大切にしています。そのために欠かせないのは、「陰と陽のバランスを整えること」。この世のものすべては陰と陽に分けることができます。自然界では空と地、朝と夜、夏と冬のように。人間の心身も気と血、男と女、嬉しいと悲しいのように。心身のバランスを保つためには春夏秋冬など自然界の動きと一体化し、五感に働きかけ、陰陽のバランスを整えることが重要です。

MERIDIAN METHOD ORIGIN AND YIN AND YANG
Meridian means “Keiraku” in Japanese. “Meridian” is a path in oriental medicine that carries the energy (Qi and blood) necessary for living. The “meridians” are spread all over the body, and it is essential for the smooth flow of air and blood through them to maintain a healthy mind and body.
At MERIDIAN METHOD, it is of utmost importance to arrange the meridians. To that end, it is essential to “balance the yin and yang.” Everything in this world can be divided into yin and yang. In nature, like sky and earth, morning and night, summer and winter. Human mind and body are also mind and blood, man and woman, happy and sad. In order to maintain the balance of mind and body, it is important to integrate with the movements of the natural world such as spring, summer, autumn and winter, and to balance the yin and yang.
